We are happy to customize personal items! If you are not local to us, you will need to ship your item to us at your own cost. I will reach out to you as soon as possible after your order regarding your item. Most items are able to be personalized. If we are unable to work on your specific item, I will issue a full refund immediately upon determining that your item is not possible to customize. The minimum charge for embroidering on a personal item is $12, and the minimum charge for applying vinyl to a personal item is $5. These prices increase with the size and intricacy of the design and application. If your cost will be more than these minimums, I will reach out with clear communication regarding the full cost and send an invoice for the difference of the total cost.
Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, beginning from the time we receive your item. If turnaround will take any longer than this, you will be notified immediately.
