Shipping policy
Shipping is typically through USPS. If you have another preferred shipping carrier, please reach out to info@sweetsewandsew.com before or as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once a package has been shipped, Sweet Sew & Sew is no longer liable for your order. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon shipping.
If you haven't received your item after it is marked as "delivered" via the tracking number per the carrier, please give the carrier an additional 24-48 hours before assuming that the packages missing. Please also check any areas that packages may have been left and with neighbors in case of misplacement. If you deem your package lost, or if your package hasn't moved via the tracking number provided by the carrier for greater than 4 days, please reach out to info@sweetsewandsew.com.
